The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use and purchase of products from this site. Please read carefully and print a copy for future reference.
We try to depict and describe our goods as accurately as possible. However the images and descriptions should only be used as a guide. We strongly advise that any preparation work undertaken should bear this in mind. Any advice given by Pipeline is only a guideline. You should always get the advice of an expert.
Pipeline cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including any applicable delivery charges). Upon receipt of your cleared funds we will confirm acceptance of your order via e-mail. Once Pipeline has payment and an e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address provided on your order, whether or not you receive the e-mail, there will be a legally binding contract between us.
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only for Mainland UK Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Suppliers website are accurate at the time you place your order. We entitled to adjust our prices to cater for supplier price increases or additional taxes/duties. We also reserve the right to adjust prices on goods due to an error which causes the prices to be displayed incorrectly whether the order has been confirmed or not. We also reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
You have the right to cancel your order up to the end of 7 working days after receiving the goods. (*exclusions apply) Notice of cancellation must be in writing to Pipeline via e-mail, fax, post and not by telephone
*Exclusions: excludes products made to specific requirements or specially ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges.
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason you will be responsible for returning the goods safely at your own cost to Pipeline. Please note that both the contents and packaging for returned goods must be in perfect condition. If goods are not returned as required Pipeline may charge for costs incurred. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
Deliveries will be to the address supplied on your email. Deliveries will be within 7 days where possible, larger items may take longer. You will be advised of any out of stocks that may delay delivery. Delivery dates are always provisional. We will always try to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Deliveries will not be made without a signature. We advise that you do not book plumbers/installers until you are in receipt of your goods. Please check you goods immediately on receipt and inform us of any problems.
You will be responsible for goods from the moment you receive them. Any damage or loss to the goods after this time will be at your risk.
All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. If goods supplied to you develop a fault or you have a complaint about the goods, while still under warranty, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible after the fault/complaint/defect is discovered i.e. within 24hrs.
All transactions on this website are securely processed using the industry standard approved by all major banks.
Pipeline will endeavour to keep all details of your order and payment secure. We will only use the information about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
